I love the canvas straps! They are thick enough to not put excess pressure on your shoulder. Love how spacious it is; fits all the necessities and more! Love the small compartments (for example: hook for keys [GENIUS!] and cell phone pocket)! One of a kind! Thanks Book Bind. It'll be rare to run into a sister with the same bag lol. BUT the only thing i would change is the height of the bag. Its taller than it should be. by the way i look forward to purchasing more of your products
