How To Order
NOTE THE ABOVE PHOTO! DO NOT use padded envelopes to send your books! Use a box or carton with packing material to prevent books from bouncing around inside box and getting damaged. The photo above is the way the Post Office delivered this customer's book to us, they had to send new books because some of the books were lost that were in the envelope!
Internet Orders
You may place Regular Orders , approximately 8 week processing time or any Rush Orders (Lightning Rush: 1-3 business days, Extra Rush: 5 days, 2 Week Rush or 4 Week Rush) on our shopping cart.

INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT with your name, address and order number on it so that we can properly credit your account for sending your books. Failure to do this may delay your order. Also when using any shipping method it is best to get a tracking number, so you can confirm that we received your book.
Phone Orders
The only phone orders taken at this time are "Lightning Rush -1-3 Day" or "Extra Rush -5 day". There will be an additional processing charge of $10.00 to help defray the cost. We encourage everyone to place their order using our secure shopping cart. By placing your order through this way, you receive many benefits - faster processing of your order, email confirmation of your order as you have entered it into the system, email notification with tracking number informing you when your order actually ships, less errors in ordering and creates your personal database of orders that you have placed. If you do place a phone order, we cannot send you a tracking number.
Mail Orders
You may place a Regular Order or any type of Rush Order by filling out the order form and sending it along with your books.

Books for Binding
Because of the donation arrangement set by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, we DO NOT sell any Watchtower Publications. You must obtain the books from your local Kingdom Hall and donate there. When shipping your books to us we strongly suggest you send them insured and by a method that allows you to check progress of your books with a tracking number and prove delivery. We talk to customers that have shipped us books only to be lost by the Post Office or some other shipper ( UPS, FEDEX, etc.) and they assume we are somehow responsible. We are not responsible for your choice of shippers nor the lack of insurance, this is not in our control. For shipments to our customers we have chosen to use insured UPS for most shipments because both we and you can track your shipment, prove delivery, and in the event of a lost shipment, be reimbursed in a reasonable time.
Used/ New Books
We prefer to use new books, if you want a used book bound, the customer is responsible for straightening all bent or folded in pages prior to being bound. There is an additional charge of $10.00 for used books. We will not gild used books, so if you want the edges of the paper gilded please send a new book.
Regular Orders:
We will begin to process your cover and when we receive your books in the mail your order will be completed. We do not ship the same book back to you unless you pay the used book charge that will cover the tracking of your exact book through our system. For all Regular Orders we must have books in our hands before we can complete your order. Most books should be stock items at your Kingdom Hall with the exception of the Large Reference Bible which you will need to order from the literature servant. Place your order with him immediately so that we can receive your books as soon as possible.
Rush Orders:
For all orders including Lightning Rush and Extra Rush Orders, 2 Week Rush orders, and 4 Week Rush orders we need your book/s to start your order as soon as possible. These should be brand new, unused and unmarked books.We need your books beefore we can complete your order. Orders received after 12:00 noon CST will be dated as an incoming order as of the next day.
Shipping Your Books to Us:
Please note: When sending your books to us please get a Tracking Number if using UPS or FEDEX or a Delivery Confirmation Number if you are using the Post Office, you may then track your shipment with whoever you used to ship your books to us and thus confirm that your books were recieved by our Receiving Dept. and on what date.
Because of the volume of requests, we cannot let you know if we received your books. Do not send us your tracking number unless we ask you to.
If you recieve a notice from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) that they could not deliver your package to us, and it was a Saturday, IGNORE THAT NOTIFICATION as it will be delivered on the next business day. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Again, when shipping your books to us, pack them in boxes. Do not use any type of shipping envelopes. Your books may arrive damaged and you will be required to send new ones again!
Regarding Color Matching of the Leather:
In most cases we cannot match the color exactly of a book bound at an earlier date. Leather hides are a natural product and will vary in color, texture, feel etc. with each hide used. If you want books to match, they should be ordered at the same time and on the same order form.
