Return Policy: Satisfaction guaranteed - meaning we will repair or replace items we determine to be defective or that deviate from our standards in material and/or workmanship. Customers are responsible for all style, spelling of names and color choices made, and there may be additional cost if changed after covers are made. Please note that when the Watchtower Society or any publisher prints books, the registration of the print on the pages varies both up and down and side to side and may be closer to the edge of the book on some pages. Over this we have no control. We do trim a small amount off the edges to square the book, but we cannot control the print location on the pages. We also are not responsible for bent pages or pages falling out of books due to the publishers production processes. Items that are not personalized and are in resaleable condition may be returned for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days. Also please see FAQ #17 regarding Top Grain leather. Because of the custom nature of the products, orders canceled or changed may incur cancellation fees to cover materials used, services provided, work performed and shipping charges. Shipping and Rush Order charges are nonrefundable. Because we are regularly improving our materials and processes, and the publishers continue to make changes to the publications, we reserve the right to make changes at any time to our products and production processes without notice. By ordering from us you are accepting these terms.
Claim for Lost Shipment: If you did not get your shipment- DONOT call UPS or the U.S. Post Office. We are the insurer of record for your package and the fastest way to find your package or file a claim is to call or email us at Custom Bookbinding Co. so that we can immediately initiate the process and start to replace your items.
\Standard Orders: Standard Orders typically take 6 - 8 weeks to process, based on our work load at the time and may be slightly longer during peak periods or because of holidays or shut downs. Standard orders are not tracked individually through the process, as a result we do not guarantee a specific ship date for them. DO NOT take a chance and expect that your order will ship sooner than 8 weeks. We do not guarantee any shipping dates on Standard Orders. If it is important to you that your order is received before a special event, upgrade your order to one of our premium Rush Order services. Rush Orders are tracked through our processing system so they ship on time and before your special day.
Rush Orders: Processing time starts when we receive your books. We no longer have books to loan you for your rush order. For Rush Order service you are paying for expedited binding/processing time, not shipping charges. On Rush Orders we guarantee items will ship by the time agreed upon ( i.e. 4 Week Rush, 2 Week Rush, 5 Day Rush and 1-3 Day Lightning Rush, the days of which are complete business days). Our business days are Monday - Friday, 9:00-5:00 p.m. CST, excluding shipping holidays and week ends. For example, if we have your book, a Lightning Rush order placed on Monday will ship no later than Thursday. If we have your book, a 5 Day Rush Order placed on Wednesday will ship the following Wednesday, as Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Please note that you must add the shipping time from us to you (refer to the UPS Transit Time Map when checking out). If we do not have specific colors of leather in stock to fulfill the Rush Order, we will call you to discuss various options. In the event we cannot ship in the specified time, we will only refund the Rush Order charge(s). We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our building. Orders received after 12:00 noon CST will be dated as an incoming order as of the next day. UPS guarantees their shipping time for 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, Next Day and Next Day A.M. In the rare event that UPS does not deliver within their scheduled time, our Rush Order charges are non-refundable.
Funds: All prices and payments are in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. We accept credit card payments from Mastercard, Visa and Discover and also we accept PayPal. We will only accept personal checks and money orders for U.S. orders that are mailed in. All foreign currencies may use either a credit card or PayPal for payment and they will do the currency exchange at the prevailing rate that they charge. Payment by check or money order in foreign currency is not accepted and if sent to us, your order and payment will be returned to you. Note: if you make a currency choice on the front page of our website to show the cost in your currency, it is only an estimated amount. To obtain a more accurate total in your currency choose the US Dollar option and then calculate the current exchange rate by going to http://www.xe.com
Return Check Fee: $20.00 for checks returned due to insufficient funds or closed accounts.
Stamping on Books: We will stamp either the original title of book or an acceptable abreviation of that book. We will not stamp other titling unless there is written permission from the publisher. Deviations from our standard offerings may carry additional charges. We will stamp the owner of the book on the lower right hand corner of leather cover. We will not stamp additional dates, messages, etc. on front cover except as offered or noted on our website. For an additional charge, we will stamp special dates on a label material that we apply to the inside end sheet of the map page.
Changes to our products: Because we are regularly improving our materials and processes, we reserve the right to make changes at any time to our products and production processes without notice. Items purchased or books bound by us in the past may differ from our current offering. By ordering from us you are accepting these terms.
Used Books: If you are sending us a used book to bind with any marks, names, bent, soiled or worn pages, there will be a minimum $10.00 charge. The customer is responsible for finding and straightening bent pages of all books, including bibles. We will not accept used books in replacement of new books that may have been used for your order. If there is an additional charge for extensive repairs, we will call you before proceeding.
International Orders: All orders for export will be shipped insured U. S. Postal Service Express Mail International, U.S. Postal Service Priority International Mail or UPS Worldwide Expedited depending on the country we are shipping to and the customers choice. In all cases additional shipping and handling charges will apply and will be billed directly to your credit card. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, tariffs, duties, or brokerage fees which may be in addition to our charges. Online ordering is available with shipping to select countries. Time in transit from us to you will vary due to the shipping method you choose and the time it takes to go through Customs in your country, thus once we ship the order we cannot predict when you will receive your order.
Communications: Our employees speak English so customers speaking a foreign language are responsible for translating and communicating to us exactly what they want on their publications. We reserve the right to make changes and/or improvements to all our products without notice. Because of the custom nature of our products, visual representations of products in our advertising may differ slightly from product received by customer.
We do not solicit fellow believers for their business either at the Kingdom hall, or at any other spiritual gatherings, and we ask all of our employees and customers to also keep the commercial aspects of our business outside of those meetings so as to give honor to our God ... Jehovah.
All of our communications whether by email, newsletters, catalogs, advertising flyers, or special discount coupons are only sent to either past customers or to those individuals that have requested to be included to receive those offerings or information.
Days We Are Closed: Saturday, Sunday, January 1st, the last Monday in May, July 4th, the first Monday in September, the third Thursday in November and December 25th, other days may be added without notice. You can place an order on our secure shopping cart 24/7 x 365 days /year that will be processed on the next business day.
Coupon Policy: Coupons or coupon codes may not be combined with other discount offers or other coupons. Limit one coupon per order. Coupons may be limited to one time use per recipient. We can not add a coupon or coupon code after you have placed your order. You must enter the coupon code at the time you are placing your order so that it is validated and discount applied at that time.
